Located adjacent to the Village Center in Habersham, Allison Ramsey teamed with Patterson Residential to deliver a small group of quaint cottages to serve a small segment in the market that the village wasn’t reaching. A smaller house built like a Jewel Box with just enough yard to keep your dogs and garden. 1 Canton Row served as a Southern Living “Inspired Home” for the community. These cottages ranged from 1600 to 2100 square feet in size with a master bedroom on the main level. Built for the empty nester market, the project was very successful in selling out quickly.
