How It Works
Very few stock plans are built exactly as drawn. Whether it's rotating a garage, adding a screen porch, or reconfiguring the kitchen, modifications make the house truly yours.
Select Your Base Plan
Start by finding a plan that is 80-90% of what you need. This is much faster and more cost-effective than starting from scratch.
List Your Changes
Compile a list of desired changes. Sketching over the floor plan (even a rough markup) is incredibly helpful for our team.
Get a Quote
Submit your request to our modifications team. We'll review your changes and provide a fixed-fee quote and timeline.
Design & Refine
Once approved, we'll create preliminary sketches of the changes for your review before completing the final construction documents.

While we handle architectural changes, you will likely need a local engineer to review the structural plans for your specific soil and wind conditions.
