The Shadowlawn was selected as Southern Living’s Showcase House in Oldfield, South Carolina. Throughout the coastal regions of the South, houses gain a welcoming, casual appeal, designed to take advantage of coastal breezes as well as provide protection from the sun. Deep porches and verandas with open rafter tails and metal roofs are all incorporated in the Shadowlawn, one of Southern Living’s 2003 Open House designs.
